Handoff

Whatever makes it easy for you.

Shipping the work is only half of it. The other half is making sure it actually lands.

A project that's beautifully built but impossible to hand over isn't done. We think about handoff from the beginning. How the work will be organised, how ownership will transfer, and how the transition will happen are all considered long before the project is complete.

What that looks like in practice depends entirely on your situation.

Everything created during the project is organised and delivered in a way that makes sense for the work itself. Assets, systems, files, code, documentation, or anything else produced during the engagement. The goal is simple. You should leave with full ownership and a clear understanding of what you've received.

We document what matters and leave out what doesn't. The objective isn't exhaustive documentation. It's making sure the work can be understood, maintained, and used without unnecessary dependency on us.

If another team, partner, or internal stakeholder is taking ownership of the work, we help make that transition smooth. Questions get answered, context gets shared, and loose ends get tied up before the project is considered complete.

Questions don't suddenly become unwelcome once the project ends. If something needs clarification, we're still reachable.
